AM I REQUIRED TO GO TO THE FACILITY THAT MY INSURANCE COMPANY RECOMMENDS?
No, we recommend that you go with a shop that you know and trust. (We hope that is us.) Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular repair facility. You have the right to choose your repair shop.
DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE?
No, at Dunton's you do not need an appointment. Our Estimators are available during business hours Mon-Fri, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.
THE ACCIDENT WASN'T MY FAULT, WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY THE DEDUCTABLE?
If an accident wasn’t your fault, you may be reimbursed by the insurance provider of the party who is at fault. However, you may need to pay the deductible on your own insurance until any reimbursement is paid.
WHAT IF THE DAMAGES ARE LESS THAN MY DEDUCTABLE?
You will only need to pay the total amount due for the repairs, not the full amount of the deductible.

Greg and his crew have repaired several vehicles for us over the years. I cannot give enough stars for the quality of their work. They are the best!!! My neighbor hit a deer and took his Subaru to Greg for body work same comment - Top notch workmanship. Also, fair pricing. The VW dealer really wanted to upsell repairs required for our car - Greg did not!
